For our final projects in our anatomy class, we had the chance to design our own final compositions. They had to be figurative, but also could have some play to them. I decided to depict the final labor of Herakles (Hercules, for you Romans out there) where he had to retrieve Cerberus from the Underworld. At this stage, I am just roughing out the composition, playing with scale and the visual cues to help guide your eye across the image.
